Should I install software?

No, FXVC is a web-based trading platform, meaning you can login to your account and trade on any device that has an internet connection.

Where can I view my transaction history?

All your deposits, withdrawals and portfolio history can be viewed in the My Account section. Just login to your account and select the information you wish to view.

Where can I view the precise trading hours of each asset?

A detailed list of all our available assets, their description, expiry times, symbol and trading hours is presented in the Asset Index page whose link can be found at the bottom of the homepage.

What is the time shown on this site?

The time is set at GMT +0 and it’s synchronized with the market time.

Colors of the rates on the trading platform

Green indicates the rising of a price, and red indicates the falling of a price.

What is a CFD?

A CFD (Contract for Difference) is a type investment where you speculate on the price difference of an asset over time.

They follow three simple steps:


    1. Choose an asset
    2. Choose an investment amount
    3. Choose a price direction
    4. Decide when to exit the trade

If your prediction is correct, you could earn the difference between the price at which you bought the asset and the price at which you sold it. It is possible to profit from both rising and falling prices. Unlike traditional investments, you are not expected to take physical ownership of the asset. You are only concerned with the price movement.

What is an Underlying Asset?

A commodity, index, stock, currency pair or any other financial asset that constitutes the basis for creating an option.

What is the registration fee?

Τhere is no registration fee.

How can I register?

Registering at FXVC is extremely simple:
1.    Click on “Open Trading Account” on the home page.
2.    Fill in the mandatory details.
3.    Submit the form.
4.    You will receive a welcome e-mail with a verification link. Click on it.

Are payouts taxable?

FXVC traders are responsible for their taxation liabilities, if any, at their place of residence. See our general terms for more details.

How secure is trading with you?

We take all possible measures to ensure your utmost security.  We use the internationally accepted security system SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that encrypts all credit card payments over the web. This system is automatic, and you will receive instant notification if your browser does not support it.

Do I have to deposit money for registration?

No.  A deposit is not required and no credit/debit card details are required in order to register for this site.  However, you will have to deposit money to start trading.

What currency can I use for trading?

You can open an account in USD or EUR. Please note that you cannot change your currency selection after registration.

How to open a live trading account?

Just click on the open account button and follow an easy step by step process which you should be able to complete in just a few minutes and in no time, you will be trading live. Once you have filed out the required information, you can make your initial deposit.

Can I have multiple accounts?

You can have multiple accounts but you need to contact our customer support staff who will assist you to create the proper accounts.

How can I fund my account?

FXVC currently accepts wire transfers, and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro) and most third party payment providers. We are always adding more choices if you do not see the method you would like to use contact our customer support team.

How fast are my deposits posted to my account?

This all depends on your payment method. Most credit cards and many third party provider services are posted within minutes. Wire transfer, cheques and some payment methods can take several days. Please check with customer services if you have any questions.

Deposit & Withdrawal Procedure

Setting up a trading account with FXVC is simple and secure. Deposits and withdrawals into your account can be made via credit card or Bank wire transfer. Clients funds are held in segregated accounts and are insured for your protection (Investor Compensation Policy). Additionally, we implemented different security measures in order to guarantee your financial and personal data. We use the latest security technologies to protect your data online and our compliance procedures are in line with international financial standards.

Know Your Client procedures
All our clients need to verify their identity, in order to open a trading account with FXVC, by sending a color copy of the following documents verifying their identity and residence.

  • Proof of Identity: Valid copy of International Passport, National ID card or Driving License (Front & Back) with photograph included.
  • Proof of Residence: Utility Bill, local authority tax bill or Bank Statement – these must have been issued within the last 6 months. All above have to be full page document to be accepted. (Online statements/mobile telephone bills and documents which contain a PO Box address are not accepted)

Documents may be submitted either by email to [email protected] or by using our documents submission system. You can find it when you are logged into your account – go to “My Account” page then to the “Upload Files” tab.

Deposit Methods:The below instructions apply to all FXVC clients.

Deposit via Credit/Debit Card (deposit fees do not apply).

  • Minimum deposit amount: EUR/USD 250
  • Maximum deposit amount per single transaction: EUR/USD 5,000
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on “Deposit” tab.
  3. Select “Credit Card” as deposit type.
  4. Fill in the online deposit form, enter the amount you wish to deposit in your account.
  5. Approve the transaction by clicking the button “Apply”.
  6. Provide to [email protected] Color copy of your Credit Card, showing only the name, expiration date, last four digits on the front and the signature on the back. For your reassurance, please ensure that all other details are concealed.
  7. Your trading account will be credited with deposited amount within few minutes.

Your trading account can be funded ONLY via your own card. Third party funding is not allowed.

Deposit via Wire Transfer (there might be a transfer fee applied by your bank):

  • Minimum deposit amount: EUR / USD 250
  • Maximum deposit amount per single transaction: Unlimited
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on “Deposit” tab.
  3. Select “Wire” as deposit type.
  4. You will be provided with the Wire Transfer Details necessary to make the deposit.
  5. Copy the Bank Account details provided, using the IBAN No according to the currency of your trading account to avoid currency conversion on the arrival of your funds.
  6. Provide copy of the wire transfer confirmation (SWIFT) to [email protected].
  7. It can take up to 5 business days for the wire to appear in your trading account.

Your trading account can be funded ONLY from your own bank account. Third party funding is not allowed.

Withdrawal Methods

The below instructions apply to all FXVC Clients.

On the event of Withdrawal request, the funds will be transferred according to the original method used to fund your trading account.

In order to request the withdrawal, fill in the Withdrawal Form, that can be found under My Account/Withdrawal.

Filling in the form:

  1. Client Information: fill in all required fields with relevant info.
  2. Depending on the Withdrawal method, fill in the details for Credit Card or wire transfer:
  • If you choose Withdrawal via Credit/Debit Card all you need to fill in, is the Cardholder name and the last 4 digits of the Card number.
  • If you choose Withdrawal via Wire Transfer you are required to provide following information:
  1. Beneficiary Bank: name of your bank
  2. Beneficiary Bank Address: full address of your bank, including city and the country
  3. IBAN No/Account No: IBAN no. is necessary for international transfers/ account no. is not mandatory
  4. Beneficiary’s full name: your name as stated on the bank account
  5. Intermediary Bank: this field is not mandatory
  6. SWIFT/BIC code: please provide your Bank’s SWIFT or BIC code
3. Please sign the withdrawal form and send it back to us at [email protected].

Once a withdrawal form is submitted, it can take up to 3 business days to approve and process the request. It can take up to 5 business days for the funds to show in your account.Kindly note, that we will only process your withdrawal request, if your account is in compliance with the Know Your Client legal requirements.

How can I withdraw money from my account?

If you’re withdrawing for the first time, it is likely that we’ll need to verify your identity. This is normally done by re-sending a copy of a government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, proof of age card or passport from your primary email address, along with a filled and signed withdrawal request form. For future withdrawals, all you’ll need to do is just send an email to [email protected] from the email that we have on file along with your account number and withdrawal amount to inform us. Likewise, you can withdraw money from your account by either using your credit card (in case you deposited money with credit card) or wire transfer.

How long does a withdrawal take to be processed?

The inhouse processing of withdrawals is automated and is usually done within a few hours if all your paperwork is in order. Wire Transfer Withdrawals normally takes up to 2 business days to arrive if all the necessary information is provided. Credit card refunds up to the net aggregate amount of the deposits can be made which can take up to 4-5 business days depending on the banking institution for your credit card processor.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

For CFD accounts the minimum opening balance is  250 USD, or 320 AUD, depending on the currency choice in your account.

What is the maximum deposit amount?

It depends on the deposit method.
1. Credit card – 5,000 USD
2. Wire – Unlimited
3. E-wallets – amount vary was added
4. Western Union – 10,000 USD

How fast are my deposits posted to my account?

This all depends on your payment method. Most credit cards and many third party provider services are posted within minutes. Wire transfer, cheques and some payment methods can take several days. Please check with customer services if you have any questions.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

No. The is no minimum withdrawal amount.

What is a Swift Code?

A SWIFT code is the unique identification code of a particular bank that is used when transferring money between banks. Your bank can tell you what SWIFT code is. If the SWIFT code comprises only eight digits, you will have to insert XXX at the end.

Can I cancel a withdrawal? How so?

Of course!  Even if your withdrawal request is being processed, you can still cancel the withdrawal and return the money to your FXVC account.

The withdrawal cancellation option is especially useful when you do not have sufficient funds in your account, but you wish to continue trading.

You can simply cancel your withdrawal by contacting us by phone or email.

Wire transfer

At FXVC, you can make any wire transfer over the amount of USD500(JPY50000). There is a commission of USD25 (JPY2500) added to the wire transfer. Please note that the wire transfer must be in accordance to the details which are posted on the banking page under Wire Transfer.   Please email a copy of the wire transfer to [email protected]. It can take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your FXVC account.
For your information, there is a window of two businesses that are designated as a period of examination in FXVC from the day that the payment request was received.  After that examination period, the remittance to the customer will be completed within 5-7 business days.

Which payment methods can I use?

Payment methods you can use through our page is credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Maestro), debit card, wire transfer and alternative payment methods (such as Skrill, Neteller, China Union Pay etc.)

What are the procedures for deposits and withdrawals?

In order for a deposit or withdrawal to be successfully activated, proper documentation for personal identification must be supplied by e-mail to [email protected] or by fax when your FXVC account is established:

1.  Picture ID:  This can be any public document such as passport or driver’s license.

2.  Documentation that can confirm present address, like a receipt within the last 6 months of a public utility bill.

3.  If you invested by credit card, then a copy of the credit card used for the investment must be sent.   For your own security, please cover your card number on the front of the card, leaving only the last 4 digits visible, and also cover the CVV number on the back of the card, leaving the signature visible.

That’s all!  Now you can deposit and withdraw to your discretion.

Are my funds secured?

FXVC is legally required (ASIC) to preserve liquid capital that is sufficient to cover all client financial activities. Investor funds are insured and held in segregated fiduciary bank accounts that can only be used for client payment. These funds exist off the company’s balance sheet and cannot be used to pay company expenses in the improbable case of bankruptcy.

What is a Buy Order?

A Buy order is a contract to purchase certain amounts of an asset (counted in units called lots) at the lowest price for which they are currently available for sale. This is called the “ask” price.

What is a Sell Order?

A Sell order is a contract to sell certain amounts of an asset (counted in units called lots) at the highest price for which they are currently available for purchase. This is called the “ask” price.

How can I make a trade?

Once you have deposited funds, go to the platform and there you can make a trade.

What return will I get in case of a successful investment?

The difference between the value of the lots at the opening of the order and the value of the lots when the order is closed is the profit made on the trade.

What happens if the trade is unsuccessful?

If the trade is unsuccessful, you will be responsible for paying the difference between the higher price at which you bought the asset, and the lower price at which you sold it.

What are the rates displayed in the trading boxes?

Rates are the quoted prices of the underlying assets.  The rate is the price offered by FXVC, based on live feeds.  Please note that rates offered by FXVC are not always reflective of exact market prices – they can vary up to a few pips.  The rates we present in the trading boxes on our home page are those at which FXVC is willing to sell the options for.

What is the entry rate?

The entry rate is the price of the underlying asset at the time of purchase according to our feed providers.

What is the exit rate?

The exit rate is the price of the asset at the closure of the order according to our feed providers.

Why do the rates continue to change before I make a decision?

Like the market, rates at FXVC are dynamic and change every second.  The market fluctuations affect our automatic pricing engine, which displays rates at real-time.  However, here at FXVC, rate capturing is as good as technology allows.  Additionally, you have the option to cancel your trade if you did not receive the exact rate you wished to trade on.

For your convenience, FXVC makes rate analysis as easy as possible, by showing a blinking movement every time the price fluctuates, and by the color indicator, which turns the price green upon upward movement, or red upon downward movement.

What is Rollover?

When it’s close to expiry time of a binary option, the position is out-of-the-money, and the trader is convinced that the market will still move to his advantage, then he can decide to delay the expiration time by activating the “Roll-Over” feature and modifying accordingly the time of expiry.

To do so, the following requirements need to be fulfilled:

The specific binary option (i.e. the underlying asset, expiration time and product type) is still open and needs more than 3 seconds for closing time

The initial invested amount will increase by 30%

The position needs to be “out-of-the-money

The Roll-Over capability is not available for the last trade of the day

The Roll-Over capability is only offered once per position

Why am I unable to make a trade?

Unsuccessful trades are usually a result of insufficient funds or if you are attempting a trade on an asset outside of the market trading hours.  If neither of these reasons are the case, please contact us by mail at [email protected] or by phone.

How soon can I start trading?

In most cases you will be able to start trading as soon as your deposit is posted. This will depend on the how you make your initial deposit. Many methods are posted almost instantly. The account verification process may take up to 1 business day if we require additional documents or if you’re opening a corporate or trust account. If your account is already verified, you’ll be able to start trading as soon as the account is funded.

What documents do I need to provide?

A valid proof of residence document is any recent utility bills, local authority bills, credit card or bank statement from within the last 3 months, where your name or entity type and residential address can be clearly verified. Alternatively, a valid Government license showing your full name and address, keep in mind that if your address is on the back of the card then we will need a copy of the front and back of the card. We have no control over these as they are set by government and international laws as well as the Regulator (ASIC)

Why do I have to supply all this background information?

International law requires that we verify your identity and the regulator requires that we verify your experience and understanding of the risk in trading as a protection for you. We run a suitability test in order to evaluate whether our products are appropriate for you. We are required by law to run this test for every new client under our current regulatory environment (ASIC).

Are my deposits safe?

Your funds are held with an approved top tier bank in Australia. FXVC in accordance with regulations hold client money at a nominated account separate to FXVC money from client money. Client money is paid into the FXVC segregated account and can only be used as permitted under the strict client money provisions. All monies are dealt with according to the guidance of the Australian Client Money Rules under the Corporations Act.

I forgot my password can I get a new one?

Locate the lost password link located near the sign in button and follow the steps. You can get a new password following these steps or you can contact customer support by phone or email for assistance.

Can I change the leverage on my account?

If you are trading on an MT4 account then you can request this within the client portal. Otherwise you can send an email to [email protected] clearly stating your account number, account name and your desired leverage. When using the WebTrader platform you can only choose between a leveraged account and a non-leveraged account which would have been selected during the application process. If you wish to switch between a leverage or non-leverage account then please email [email protected] with your request.

Can I change the currency value in my account?

You may but this is an involved process and requires the direct assistance of the customer support desk. Please contact them. You can also open a second account in an alternative currency.

Can I manage and trade my spouses account?

You can if your spouse has given you the authority and the passwords so that you can trade. In most cases if you need to contact us, the account holder will be required to verify your status.

Can I change my account type?

You can always upgrade to a higher level account. Please contact customer support or your account manager for assistance.
